With these features, steute aims to make its ES/EM 97 series universally applicable throughout the automation industry. Accordingly, it has a wide range of actuators (various fulcrum levers, roller levers, spring rods…) and dimensions to EN 50047, the prevalent standard for automation technology.
With the exoskeleton "Autonomyo”, this dream can now be made a reality. The active walking aid supports the weakened muscles and enables an intuitive sequence of movements that mimics the natural sequence. The additional power is supplied by six micromotors. To facilitate a harmonious interaction between the exoskeleton and its user, FAULHABER developed an innovative all-in-one component motor with a torque sensor.
Universal Industrial Ethernet encoder with PROFINET, EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP. Wachendorff is expanding its range of Ethernet-based encoders: Encoders with the EtherNet/IP protocol are now available, including the most compact in the world: the WDGA58F. Wachendorff's R&D team has succeeded in minimising the sensor to an installation depth of just 46.5 mm.
Right in the midst of the chip crisis, Baumer provides a silver lining behind the clouds over the tense vision market. In August, the expert in industrial cameras and components for automated image processing managed to resume deliveries of USB cameras.
To showcase the benefits of enclosed linear encoders to OEM machine tool builders and the service and repair sectors, global metrology specialist Renishaw will exhibit the FORTiS enclosed absolute linear encoder series at IMTS 2022. From September 12th to 17th at McCormick Place, Chicago, visitors can see the range of encoders on the Renishaw booth, 135509 in the East Building, level three.
The new Eplan Platform 2023 is streamlining and accelerating project planning with new cloud-based device management and multi-standard support for schematic macros. This means that users can get results more quickly – especially when working on international projects – due to the simplified device data management system while increasing overall project quality. The new 3D graphics core, an optimised cable editor and the new Insert Center also bring more performance and transparency to engineering.
Codasip, the leader in processor design automation and RISC-V processor IP, today announced that it would make its 32-bit L31 core available through the Professional Edition of the Intel® Pathfinder for RISC-V* program.
Additional security of investment: thanks to the use of 3D software the KHS Group now provides a timely virtual overview of all newly procured technologies at the offer stage. With it, the systems provider can illustrate in detail and in advance how a client’s potential new line or single machine can be integrated into the production environment, taking all prevalent conditions on site into account.
The same 29 mm x 29 mm size combined with five times faster Gigabit Ethernet data transmission—the ace 2 Basic camera is the centerpiece of Basler's new 5GigE portfolio.
